Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic role at Rocky Mountain Spine and Sport Physical Therapy (Upstream Rehabilitation). Deliver individualized, evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care; develop care plans, provide high-quality therapy, and collaborate with a values-driven team. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
