Physical Therapist (PT) at CORA in Rockford, IL. Provide inclusive, hands-on care in outpatient clinics; evaluate patients and develop personalized plans of care; leverage EMR tools and outcome data to guide clinical decisions; document evaluations and treatments clearly and efficiently; collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture. Required Qualifications
