Physical Therapist

Conduct 60-minute one-on-one physical therapy sessions using high-level clinical skills, including in-depth assessment, elite manual therapy, dry needling, and strength and conditioning principles. Manage a caseload of 25-30 patients weekly while maintaining autonomy in treatment planning and scheduling. Provide direct access care from injury through full strength programs, utilizing clinical critical thinking to determine the best path for each patient without standard discharge protocols. Participate in weekly team meetings covering best practices and challenging clinical cases within a structured 12-month mentorship program.
