Job Summary
Provide 1:1 physical therapy services to older adults in geriatric house calls across IA; be part of FOX Rehabilitation’s interdisciplinary team, with opportunities for full-time or part-time salaried positions, PRN/Flex options, and H1B sponsorship for qualified applicants. New grads receive mentorship through FOX’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, with ongoing professional development, certification reimbursement, and access to cutting-edge technology. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
