Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one physical therapy interventions for older adults in their homes as part of FOX's Geriatric House Calls program. Facilitate clinically excellent, autonomous treatment plans within an interdisciplinary team focused on functional outcomes. Provide services in a 1:1 setting to drive rewarding patient outcomes and abolish ageism. Work in a clinician-operated private practice offering flexibility to shape schedules, with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN positions. Maintain a valid state license, CPR certification, and access to unlimited continuing education and professional certification reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
