Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Physical Therapist
- Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in Texas (or eligibility for licensure)
- BLS certification (required before initiating patient contact)
- Valid Texas Drivers License (for individuals designated as drivers per policy)
