Job Summary
Physical Therapist Resident to join the outpatient rehabilitation team; structured clinical education program with mentorship; opportunities for didactic lectures, psychomotor labs, research, and teaching within the UNM Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency; requires NM PT licensure, a PT degree (Bachelor’s minimum; Doctorate preferred), enrollment in UNM residency, and BLS; less than one year of PT experience; part-time (0.80 FTE) with weekday schedule; to deliver evidence-based therapy across outpatient settings under supervision.
Required Qualifications
- New Mexico Physical Therapist license required
- Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred
- Must be enrolled in the UNM Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency Program
- BLS required
- Less than one year of experience in physical therapy
