Provide clinical oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development while establishing a robust physical therapy program. Maintain a valid state license, adhere to infection control protocols, and communicate effectively in English while ensuring compliance with state practice acts.
