Physical Therapist

Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients through direct and supervised physical therapy while maximizing patient function and independence. Conduct patient screening and evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and manage discharge planning in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards. Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants, supervising them during individual and group treatments to ensure efficient resource use and skill development. Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program while maintaining a valid state license and adhering to all state and federal regulations. Communicate effectively in English and maintain confidentiality in compliance with the state practice act.
