Physical Therapist

Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients through direct and supervised physical treatment, maximizing patient function and independence. Conduct patient screening and evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and manage discharge planning. Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs, supervising their work during individual and group treatments to ensure skill development and efficient resource use. Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program while maintaining a valid state license and adhering to all state and federal regulations. Communicate effectively in English and uphold professional conduct in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards and best practices.
