Job Summary
Provide physical therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients in accordance with Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines. Screen and evaluate patients, develop initial and ongoing treatment plans of care, and manage discharge planning. Supervise assistants and Rehab Techs during group and individual treatment, ensuring compliance with state practice acts, OBRA, and Reliant policy. Build a strong physical therapy program and enhance clinical expertise through continuing education and professional development. Adhere to all state and federal regulations, infection control procedures, and environmental safety protocols. Maintain a valid state license and demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending medical documentation in English. PRN availability with competitive pay ranging from $55-$70/hour.
