Physical Therapist

Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients while fostering positive relationships with facilities and clients in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards. Conduct patient screening and evaluations, develop treatment plans, manage discharge planning, and oversee Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs. Provide clinical oversight to ensure efficient resource use and skill development, while establishing and growing a robust physical therapy program. Maintain a valid state license, adhere to infection control protocols, and communicate effectively in English.
