Job Summary
Provide physical therapy and related services for patients while screening, evaluating, and developing initial and ongoing treatment plans, discharge plans, and case management responsibilities. Optimize patient functionality by directing and supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs during group and individual treatments, ensuring compliance with state regulations, infection control protocols, and Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines. Maintain a valid state license and uphold professional conduct with facilities and clients.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid physical therapist state license
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
- Basic Internet navigation skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English: instructions, correspondence, charts, memos, and reports
