Maximize patient function and independence via direct and supervised physical therapy, providing clinical oversight and consultation to PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments. Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program by supervising staff to ensure efficient resource use and skill development, while managing discharge planning and case alignment with billing models. Adhere to infection control protocols, state and federal regulations, and maintain a valid state license to practice.
