Deliver high-quality therapy services through patient screening, evaluation, and treatment plan development. Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments while providing clinical oversight and consultation. Maximize patient function and independence through direct care, discharge planning, and case management. Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program aligned with Reliant Rehabilitation standards and best practices. Maintain a valid state license, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols. Communicate effectively in English and maintain confidentiality in accordance with the state practice act.
