Job Summary
Provide physical therapy and related services for patients while screening, evaluating, and developing treatment and discharge plans. Direct and supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during group and individual treatment, ensuring compliance with State Practice Acts, OBRA, and Reliant Rehabilitation policies. Build strong physical therapy programs, manage case responsibilities, and maintain professional conduct with facilities and clients. Adhere to infection control protocols and billing guidelines while advancing clinical expertise through continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid physical therapist state license
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
- Basic Internet navigation skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English: instructions, correspondence, charts, memos, and reports
