Physical Therapist

Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients through direct and supervised physical therapy, including screening, evaluation, treatment plan development, discharge planning, and case management. Provide clinical oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development while establishing and growing the physical therapy program. Maintain a valid state license, adhere to infection control protocols, and communicate effectively in English to foster positive relationships with facilities and clients in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards.
