Physical Therapist

Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients through direct and supervised physical therapy while maximizing function and independence. Conduct patient screening and evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage discharge planning in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards. Provide clinical oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants and supervise Rehab Techs during treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development. Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program while maintaining a valid state license and adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively in English and ensure compliance with state practice acts and billing models.
