Provide clinical oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control protocols, and billing models. Establish and grow the physical therapy program through collaboration and continuing education. Maintain a valid state license and communicate effectively in English to foster positive relationships with facilities and clients.
