Physical Therapist

Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients through direct and supervised physical therapy while maximizing their function and independence. Conduct patient screening and evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage discharge planning in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards. Provide clinical oversight to PTAs and supervise Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development. Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program across facilities while maintaining a valid state license and adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively in English and uphold professional conduct to support our partners nationwide.
