Job Summary
Provide physical therapy and related services for patients while screening, evaluating, and developing initial and ongoing treatment plans, including discharge planning. Optimize patient functionality by directing and overseeing therapy, supervising PTA and Rehab Techs during group and individual treatment, and managing case responsibilities. Maintain professional conduct and adhere to state and federal regulations, infection control protocols, and billing guidelines. Ensure compliance with Omnibus Reconciliation Act (OBRA) and Reliant Rehabilitation policies while fostering positive interactions with facilities and clients.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid physical therapist state license
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
- Basic Internet navigation skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English: instructions, correspondence, charts, memos, and reports
