Physical Therapist

Deliver high-quality therapy services through patient screening, evaluation, treatment plan development, discharge planning, and case management. Maximize patient function and independence via direct and supervised physical therapy while providing clinical oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants. Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensure efficient resource use, and establish a robust physical therapy program. Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education while maintaining a valid state license and adhering to infection control and environmental safety protocols. Communicate effectively in English and maintain confidentiality in compliance with state practice acts.
