Job Summary
Screen patients and develop treatment plans to maximize their function and independence. Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments while providing clinical oversight and consultation. Manage discharge planning and case alignment with billing models and treatment guidelines. Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program across facilities. Maintain a valid state license and adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols. Communicate effectively in English and uphold professional conduct in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
