Physical Therapist

Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients through direct and supervised physical therapy, including patient screening, evaluation, treatment plan development, discharge planning, and case management. Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs, supervising them during individual and group treatments to ensure efficient resource use and skill development. Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program while advancing clinical and leadership skills through collaboration and continuing education. Maintain a valid state license, adhere to infection control protocols, and communicate effectively in English to ensure compliance with state practice acts and billing models.
