Establish and grow the physical therapy program by advancing clinical leadership skills through collaboration and continuing education. Maximize patient function and independence while adhering to infection control protocols, billing models, and state and federal regulations. Maintain a valid state license and communicate effectively in English to uphold professional conduct and confidentiality across all care communities.
