Physical Therapist

Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients while fostering positive relationships with facilities and clients in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards. Conduct patient screening and evaluation, develop and implement treatment plans, and manage discharge planning. Provide clinical oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants and supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments. Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program while advancing clinical skills through collaboration and continuing education. Maintain a valid state license, adhere to infection control protocols, and ensure billing models align with treatment guidelines.
