Job Summary
Provide physical therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients in accordance with Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines. Screen and evaluate patients, develop initial and ongoing treatment plans of care, and create discharge plans. Supervise assistants and Rehab Techs, manage case responsibilities, and optimize patient functionality through directed therapy. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control protocols, and billing guidelines while adhering to professional conduct standards. Maintain a valid state license and stay current with clinical expertise through continuing education activities.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid physical therapist state license
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
- Basic Internet navigation skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English: instructions, correspondence, charts, memos, and reports
