Job Summary
Deliver high-quality therapy services through patient screening, evaluation, and treatment plan development while managing discharge planning and case management. Provide clinical oversight to PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development. Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program across facilities while maintaining a valid state license and adhering to infection control and environmental safety protocols. Communicate effectively in English and maintain confidentiality in compliance with state practice acts.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
