Physical Therapist

Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients through direct and supervised physical therapy while maximizing functional independence. Conduct patient screening and evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage discharge planning in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards. Provide clinical oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development during individual and group treatments. Establish and grow the physical therapy program while maintaining a valid state license and adhering to infection control and environmental safety protocols. Communicate effectively in English and ensure compliance with state practice acts and billing models.
