Deliver high-quality therapy services through patient screening, evaluation, and treatment plan development while managing discharge planning and case management. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments to maximize patient function and independence, providing clinical oversight and consultation to advance their skills. Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program by collaborating with facilities and clients in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards and best practices. Maintain a valid state license, adhere to infection control protocols, and ensure billing models and care delivery meet treatment guidelines and regulatory requirements.
