Job Summary
Provide physical therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive interaction with facilities and clients in accordance with Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines. Screen and evaluate patients, develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, create discharge plans, and supervise assistants and Rehab Techs. Manage case responsibilities, optimize patient functionality, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Adhere to infection control procedures and environmental safety protocols. Maintain a valid state license and proficiency in clinical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid physical therapist state license
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
- Basic Internet navigation skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English: instructions, correspondence, charts, memos, and reports
