Physical Therapist

Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients while fostering positive relationships with facilities and clients in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards. Conduct patient screening and evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and manage discharge planning. Provide clinical oversight and consultation to PTAs, supervising them during individual and group treatments to ensure efficient resource use and skill development. Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program while advancing clinical and leadership skills through collaboration and continuing education. Maintain a valid state license, adhere to infection control protocols, and ensure billing models align with treatment guidelines and expected outcomes.
