Physical Therapist

Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients while fostering positive relationships with facilities and clients in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards. Conduct patient screening and evaluation, develop treatment plans, and manage discharge planning. Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, providing clinical oversight and consultation to ensure efficient resource use and skill development. Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program while advancing clinical and leadership skills through collaboration and continuing education. Maintain a valid state license, adhere to infection control protocols, and ensure billing models align with treatment guidelines.
