Job Summary
Provide physical therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients in accordance with Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines. Screen and evaluate patients, develop initial and ongoing treatment plans of care, and create discharge plans. Supervise assistants and Rehab Techs, manage case responsibilities, and adhere to all state and federal regulations. Optimize patient functionality by directing and overseeing physical therapy, providing clinical supervision to PTA, and ensuring compliance with infection control and environmental safety protocols. Maintain a valid state license and proficiency in clinical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid physical therapist state license
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
- Basic Internet navigation skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English: instructions, correspondence, charts, memos, and reports
