Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs, supervising their work during individual and group treatments to ensure efficient resource use and skill development. Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program by advancing clinical skills through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education. Maintain a valid state license, adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols, and communicate effectively in English while ensuring compliance with state practice acts and billing models.
