Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist opportunity in Sandstone, MN (skilled nursing facility w/ALF attached). Assess and treat patients, complete documentation, plan and develop new rehab programs, communicate with patients, families, physicians and staff, present in-services to staff therapists, and assist in department operations. Requires PT degree (Bachelors, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy) and eligible state licensure. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.) or Master’s (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
- Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
