Job Summary
Assess, treat, plan, implement, educate, and communicate with patients to deliver individualized physical therapy programs maximizing functional goals. Manage care in an in-patient or out-patient setting while maintaining a pleasant bedside manner and motivational skills. Requires a minimum of 36 hours weekly with a Bachelor's or preferred Master's degree, current Vermont license, and BLS certification. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapist license in Vermont in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
