Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Services - Berkeley Hospital - PRN

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, then develop and revise treatment plans with specific goals. Deliver direct therapeutic interventions daily while instructing patients and families in therapeutic procedures. Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records, coordinate care with physicians and agencies, and supervise physical therapist assistants. Precept students from participating colleges and promote wellness center activities. Maintain departmental policies, infection control standards, and safety protocols while meeting productivity targets.
