Render professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide direct and indirect patient care while maintaining open communication and building relationships to promote a collaborative environment. Accountable for performance and actively seeking ways to improve the patient experience and drive professional growth. Work 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and shifts extending to 9am-5:30pm.
