Render professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide direct and indirect patient care while building relationships to promote a collaborative environment. Communicate clearly, remain accountable for performance, and take initiative for professional growth. Work 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and shifts extending to 9am-5:30pm.
