Render professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients, providing direct and indirect care through evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing reassessment, and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to promote a collaborative environment, build relationships, and improve the patient experience. Communicate clearly, take initiative for professional growth, and remain accountable for performance. Work 8am-4:30pm, M-F, with occasional weekends and schedule adjustments.
