Job Summary
Provide one-on-one geriatric physical therapy in-home or within senior living communities to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life. Deliver therapy sessions, document effectively in FOX’s EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, Fitness Specialists). Telehealth/virtual care options may be incorporated to extend access. Roles include Full-Time in-home & senior living care (salary with benefits), Part-Time with eligibility based on hours, and PRN/FOX Flex; H1B sponsorship is available for qualified clinicians; new graduates may participate in FOX’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. Requires a valid PT license in the practice state and the ability to drive to patient homes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Ability to meet the physical demands of in-home and community-based care
- Mileage reimbursement eligibility (implied by in-home visits)
