Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Provide care to older adults in their communities as part of FOX's pioneering Geriatric House Calls program. Full-time and part-time roles are available with salary, benefits, and a signing-on bonus for qualified candidates. New graduates may join the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
