Job Summary
Physical Therapist at Sidney Health Center Rehab Services responsible for evaluations, re-evaluations, and daily physical therapy treatment for a variety of clients; uses differential diagnosis to identify impairments and create an appropriate plan of care; documents via EHR with justification for reimbursement; provides care across inpatient, outpatient, extended care, and specialty rehab services; supports evidence-based clinical practice and standardization of care; requires Montana Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, an unrestricted MT PT license, and BLS; full-time position with sign-on bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy in the state of Montana
- Graduation from an accredited professional program
- Current, unrestricted license in Physical Therapy in the state of Montana
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
