Job Summary
Conduct initial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and evaluate patient responses to therapy interventions. Document daily progress notes, discharge summaries, and charge captures in compliance with policy and state practice acts. Provide patient and family education on functional independence and participate in multidisciplinary discharge planning. Adhere to federal, state, and organizational policies while meeting productivity standards. Requires current licensure, BLS certification, and a bachelor's degree. Per diem rate of $68.00/hr.
Required Qualifications
- graduate of an accredited four‐year Bachelors' degree program (or foreign equivalent)
- Current licensure in the state of practice
- Current BLS Certification
- Education/experience in working with patients to assist in rehabilitation of disabled or injured individuals throughout their lifespan
