Job Summary
Conduct interdisciplinary patient group sessions as co-leader, establish individualized care and discharge plans, and ensure plans are communicated to appropriate parties. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques while completing evaluations to ensure quality standards. Maintain Physical Therapy licensure and CPR or BLS certification per facility policy. This role supports the 25-bed critical access hospital in Fort Bragg, serving the Mendocino Coast community since 1971.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- Access to and reading of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
