Physical Therapist- Rehab, Flex

Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, supervise treatments, and collaborate with a care team to support recovery. Build meaningful patient relationships, address patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs, and strive for measurable progress. Requires current licensure or state-required certification and CPR certification; a Master’s Degree is preferred (or a Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience). Emphasizes compassionate care, utilization of evidence-based practices, and ongoing professional growth within a nationally recognized rehabilitation leader.
