Job Summary
Manage patient care in Home Health, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Schools while treating individuals with personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based approaches. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with no weekend coverage, handling a reduced patient load to ensure quality treatment. Licensed Physical Therapists with or without experience are welcome, supported by mentorship for new graduates.
