Job Summary
Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy services to support recovery from illness, surgery, or injury while maintaining accurate documentation and records management. Provide therapeutic procedures, instruct patients on ambulatory and daily-living activities, and fit or adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices as required. Support Therapist Assistants with training, develop realistic treatment goals, and coordinate care with referring physicians and other staff members. Maintain current, unrestricted licensure in Hawaii and hold a doctoral or accredited master's degree in Physical Therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy institution
- Possess a Baccalaureate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from a physical therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
- Possess, prior to, onboarding and maintain a current, unrestricted license to practice as a physical therapist in the state in which you are employed
