Job Summary

Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy services in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Maintain accurate documentation and records management while supporting Therapist Assistants with periodic training and guidance. Provide therapeutic procedures, develop documented treatment goals, and administer manual exercises to improve patient function. Instruct patients on home procedures and assist with ambulatory activities, assistive devices, and prosthetic/orthotic adjustments. Record treatment progress and coordinate care with referring physicians and other staff members.

Required Qualifications

  • Possess a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy institution
  • Possess a Baccalaureate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from a physical therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
  • Possess, prior to, onboarding and maintain a current, unrestricted license to practice as a physical therapist in the state in which you are employed
